What the Per-Image Prices Mean
Per-image figures divide the plan or pack price by its included credits. They assume that all credits are used before they expire. They are not single-image purchase prices and do not represent the cost of a guaranteed satisfactory result. Each additional generation uses another credit.
How Credits Work
One Image Uses One Credit
Every new generation uses 1 credit, regardless of which RoomGlint task you choose.
Subscription Credits Are Used First
When you have both subscription credits and credit-pack credits, RoomGlint uses subscription credits first.
Different Balances Have Different Expiry Dates
Subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period. Credit-pack credits expire one year after purchase. Subscription credits do not roll over.
Failed Generations Return the Credit
If a generation fails, its credit is returned. A completed image that does not match your preferences is not automatically treated as a failed generation.
Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the subscription will not renew after that period.
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Email support@roomglint.com with your account email and purchase details. A refund is not guaranteed, and canceling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply under consumer law.
Self-service plan upgrades and downgrades are not available in the first version. Contact support@roomglint.com with questions about changing plans.
Commercial Use Is Included
You may use generated images for commercial purposes, including client presentations and property listings, subject to our Terms. You are responsible for reviewing the result, holding the necessary rights to uploaded images, following platform rules, and making required disclosures.
Commercial-use permission does not guarantee exclusive rights, copyright protection, or compliance with every listing service.
Pricing Questions
Do I need a subscription to buy credits?
No. You can buy a one-time credit pack without subscribing.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
No. Subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period in which they are issued.
Do one-time credits expire?
Yes. Credit-pack balances expire one year after purchase.
Which balance is used first?
Subscription credits are used before credit-pack credits.
What happens to my credit if generation fails?
The credit is returned. If a completed image is not what you expected, contact support, but it is not automatically classified as a failed generation.
What happens when I cancel?
Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The subscription does not renew after that period. Cancellation does not extend credit expiry dates.
Does canceling delete my credit-pack balance?
No. Credit-pack credits follow their own one-year expiry and are separate from the subscription renewal.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact support@roomglint.com with your purchase details. Applicable statutory rights are not affected.
